I'm still totally confused. If you have Digital Voice phones you have no need of a Digital Voice adapter which you appear to have. The DV adapter is a device to enable analogue phones to connect to the hub at other locations than where the hub is sited.

Yes, I think Licquorice is right.

 Part of the problem here is that we are confused about the type of phone you have.  So, is it:

  • A DV phone.  That is a cordless handset that uses the home hub as its base station, or
  • A traditional phone connected to an adapter plugged into a power socket elsewhere in the house, or
  • As I mentioned, it could also be a traditional cordless phone, using its own base station and that base station is plugged into the Home Hub?
