We are having issues with our doctors surgery when they put us in a queue. when it gets to our turn it just keeps ringing and sometimes it will cut us off after a while. They did admit to having an issue earlier this year, but say it is sorted.
We have a BT6500 phone and changed to Fibre and Digital voice in November last year.
If i try my mobile, then it has worked.
Would anyone have any ideas if it is to do with our phone/Digital voice in anyway, or is it the surgerys end?
Any thoughts before i contact the surgery,

If your home phone is working normally for every other call and surgery have had this problem with others previously then it appears to be problem with surgery and not your phone
Thanks for that, i had thought this myself, but maybe just wanted some assurance that it could be that.
Maybe i will have to bite the bullet and speak to the surgery.
