-- How many rings is your answer machine set to, before it answers?
-- How many rings is the DV answering service set to before it answers? (You can change this by keying 1571 and following the menus)
-- If your answering machine is set to a greater number of rings than your DV answering service is set to, then your answering machine won't ever answer any calls.
