Bad customer service.

Just renewed my home essential fibre 2 but was told no home phone packages are available only pay as you go. Shocked as I wanted to get unlimited minutes on home phone as was previously available. Am I being informed correctly no call packages with essentials fibre?

You should be able to add an unlimited call package to your Essentials Fibre 2 plan. It may be worth giving us a call to double-check your account.

according to latest package list you can add unlimited calls for £10om
