I have been ask to get a free adaptor for my broadband hub when the engineer comes how to I do this as we have been a BT customer for years and you should have all our details .Have been told we will be having Fibre broad band done soon,not yet got appointment.

the free adapter is for digital voice not your broadband connection so are you being moved to digital voice?  if so then phone CS 03301234150 and request DV adapter

The DV adapter is only required if you need to plug in an analogue phone somewhere other than the hub.
