Thanks, is that just switching the router off and on again or doing a factory re-set?

Try switching off and then on and see if that helps but if not then try factory reset

Bingo! Switched the router off and on and that Smart Hub Manager address now shows the phone icon with "Phone" and then my landline number. Just rang it from my mobile and it connected as expected.
