Stopping constant reminder emails
I know. I get it. The old landline service is gone and I need to get set up with this new digital system.
The trouble is, I'm not at home to do it. I'm out of the country for several weeks. I phoned BT before I went away and told them I wouldn't be able to set up things until I was back home. They said it was fine and they'd put a note on my account to that effect
I'm getting increasingly urgent emails telling me to set things up, and it's pointless, because I'm not at home to do it. There doesn't seem to be any way of stopping these emails as they're all 'do not reply'. I thought BT understood the situation when I phoned them. Has no-one spotted the note on my account and understood the issue?
Any advice on how to get BT to understand that once I'm at home, some time in the next month or so, I'll deal with it?

Re: Stopping constant reminder emails
In a nutshell, no.
They will be auto generated, just ignore them.
The only setting up required is moving your phone from the copper master socket to the rear of the hub.
