I bought an FW500 hybrid backup phone and it failed to charge its battery. I got a replacement and it has the same problem. I've talked to more than one BT tech help and they agree this is a poor show. Shouldn't BT stop recommending the FW500 on the Digital Voice help pages? (https://www.bt.com/help/landline/digital-voice-phones/hybrid-phone)
There does not seem to be a way to communicate this issue with BT. I've talked to BT Tech help more than once.

The EE Store shows that the Motorola FW500 Hybrid Back Up Phone for BT/EE Digital Voice Service is now unavailable and discontinued.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with that replacement one too. I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team again so they can look into this and run through your options.

The only option seems to be to get a refund. Please take a look at the number of returns you are getting on this product before giving further (generic?) advice like this.
