Tracking faults

Hi 

 

I am trying to track a fault it keeps saying no account linked when I go to link account it's saying this account is linked. My landline is not working I have been told 3 times wait 48 hours still not working I am going crazy Trying to get this sorted. My account details won't show

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150
