Transfer to EE
Hi,
We're moving to an EE package (including Digital Voice) shortly. Do I need to tell BT that we want to keep our existing phone number, or does that transfer automatically? The letter from BT suggests everything should be automatic but the adviser in the EE store said I need to ring and request it??
Many thanks
