Try move to New EE

Is anyone on here who with BT tried to move the New EE but kept their digital voice number from BT to move new EE? But new EE say they can’t place an order for an unknown reason. BT Executive Complaints say ("they can't place the order and they are waiting for the Dev team to fix the issue") and is ordered on the website get this error Screenshot 2023-11-10 093957.png
