Got letter last week re DV move within 30 days and card saying how to order a free adapter. I need an adapter because phone and router are in different rooms.
When I go to bt.com/dvequipment it redirects to an ee page asking for the landline number to get a voucher code. When I put my full number in it says "The number entered is not eligible for this offer. Please check you have entered your number correctly."
I've tried several times over the last few days and on different browsers with the same result. Has it worked for anybody recently?

you can try text 'ADAPTER' to 61998 of phone Cs 03301234150 and request one. it may be as you are not on DV that you need to wait until you actually have a DV activation date

You are not alone. I have tried putting my number into that site and get exactly the same result as you even though I am very definitely on digital voice.

I gave up on the web link and texted ADAPTOR to 61998 from my wife's EE mobile, happy to say it arrived today!
Now I just have to hope a Smart Hub 2 arrives before the switchover.
