We've been trying to "Mange our calling features" to reduce our calling plan, & since being switched to DV & also get rid of the BT answering service they're still charging us for with little success.
3 different PC's/ Tablets, 3 operating systems, & 6 different browsers haven't helped anyone else suffering the same problem - error screenshot as below.
Unless anyone can suggest another link/work around it looks like I'll have to call C/S on 0330 1234 150
- I suppose "It's good to talk" as they used to tell us in the adverts......

You have tried everything we would recommend to confirm its not a device or browser issue, with it happening across all devices it does indicate an issue with the account or service itself that will need a guide to take a look. So I would recommend calling or messaging us when you can.
