I need to call BT when whenever I call my menu choices are not being recognised, the keypad is making a beep to show I am selecting an option but the automated voice keeps saying I can't understand you and hanging up on me! Any other ways to contact them or another number to try? Live chat seems to have disappeared for anything even slightly complex
