Unable to report loss of phone line

Picked up the phone this morning to make a call and discovered we have no dial tone and therefore can't make any calls. I have tried numerous times and ways to report this (through 'My BT' online, calling the 'Help line' and by text) to no avail. What to do next to get phone line back?     FYI - We are not due to switch to digital line until July.

Either call 0800 800 150 or text GUIDE to 61998 and someone will be in contact

Thank you for your reply. As stated in my query, I have already tried the options you have suggested plus some additional ones. I will keep trying today, but as it's a Bank Holiday I'm not sure there will be any response.
