Unknown name appears as Nuisance ? how to delete.

Hi, I have a name assigned to a number as Nuisance ? but can't for the life of me find where it's stored, not in my DECT phone book or blocklisted numbers.  Would that be displayed by BT somehow rather than having been set by me?

I  may well have set it but  for the life of me can't find where it's stored so I can either see who it is or amend it

It's how BT now present numbers suspected as spam.

Thanks, I thought it may be as I couldn't find it anywhere on my phone. Pity they don't simply block them at source but at least they're doing something, probably gathered from all the people pressing the red block button on the phone.
