Hi, I wondered if you could help. We have been able to access usage on the app for a long time. Then on Monday a message came up, saying sorry your details are not available please refresh or try again later.
Both online chat and normal not getting anywhere can anyone help? Thank you

Have spoke to both webchat and the 0800 number no joy, can anyone help in regards to getting usage back viewable please.
Hi can anyone help, we have changed our sign in to email address for BT id. And still can't see usage. Can anyone help. Tech support has got me nowhere.
Hi @Kookiekaren13, sorry that you're unable to view your usage on the app.
Have you tried logging into your account on the web http://bt.com/mybt and see if it works there?
Have you tried uninstalling and installing the App?

Yes we have reinstalled the app, we have also changed the BT id to email.
We have contacted BT virtual help and gone round in circles.
Tried the 0800 number and got nowhere either. The usage was visible till Monday last week, since then sorry we can't display your usage is on. Any advice appreciated.

Yes have tried through there and through the app both with the same message. Was fine before Monday
