Vulnerable person

I am trying to report a fault on my 88 year old father’s landline and I cannot get through to ANYONE. He is vulnerable - lives alone and has no broadband. Yet it is IMPOSSIBLE to report a fault or speak to anyone. Help!!!

I’ve just tried to register him and I can’t because you can’t talk to anyone - it simply refers you back to the same website page.

You can also initiate the diagnostics bot to run tests and report a fault by texting PHONE with the full landline number and area code to 61998

E.g

Send text with the message "PHONE 01112123456" to 61998

This might be helpful to initiate the diagnostics process which may pick up on the fault and flag it on the account while you try and contact someone at CS
