Where to find personal blacklist online?

HI,

 

Have tried using 1752 to block a paticular number but no joy.

 

Checking online and You products confirm I have Call protect as a feature but I can see anywhere that I can add a number to the personal Blacklist. Where should i be able to access it? does the fact there is no button to 'manage' the feature mean i actually need to activate it.

 

I've gone round and round in circles online with links not taking me to anywhere where i can see the list much less add to it. Help.

you probably need to use a pc/laptop to access MYBT not a mobile or set mobile to desktop view
