I'm at the end of my tethers with dealing with the BTDS Team in trying to get a number in the Wrexham area code that is in my name and address when i'm in the Stoke area. I sent an email along after being given it by the BTDS team on the phone last month who then wrote back to me and said I need to email 'trouble.to.resove' to get the listing removed to which I have sent 2 emails along to that one and had absolutely no reply and now the next phone book collation date was on the 10th June for my area so that now means the next phone book will have someone else number which I have absolutely no control over with my details in our local phone book. Could anyone at BT get this resolved on here as a matter of urgency as I've been passed pillar to post so far. Thanks.
