Are you a BT customer, if so, which phone are you using?

If you have been moved to BT Digital Voice, then caller display need to be enabled on your BT Digital Voice options.

I have an Essential Digital Home Phone (BT). It says in manual 'if the caller is in your Contacts, your screen will turn green and their name will be displayed.' This was happening but has suddenly stopped.
Where can I find Digital Voice Options?
