I have similar problem with two handsets, I have five (the maximum the Router can will handle). Everything the initial user had is evident on these two handsets. How do I go about getting replacement handsets please? I can call in to EE/BT shop in Lymington who supplied the router & phones. Regards, Edward Norman

If you contact our Technical Support team, they'll be able to do some tests to find out what's causing the problem, then run through some options with you.
