I ve had to put in a complaint about phone service because I cant make or receive calls. all the customer service does is book a call immediately afterwards and then closes the complaint the next day without receiving any communication ( eg email), without resolving the issue.
Im sensory disabled and depend on this phone. no phone service since friday 3rd april..
its almost as if customer service had turned into a really bad AI that hasnt been trained properly.
BT have made it impossible to communicate with a real human being, but is happy to charge me for a service that is not available to me.

@Customer666 If you’ve already submitted a complaint and you’ve called BT customer services as you’ve already alluded, you may well find yourself in an endless loop of inaction by BT until you eventually are able to get a customer service representative to take their job seriously enough to actually be bothered to assist you properly.
There are no BT staff on this forum with access to customer accounts but one would hope that a Moderator who does work for BT, might see this thread and offer to assist via private message.
