Upgraded 2 months ago - had engineer visit said all ok and been on chat to advisors several times - removed all 3rd party devices as instructed by advisors on chat - Ethernet splitters and access points etc as per instructed - borrowed 2 WiFi discs from BT - installed them - it’s better but I’m not getting the minimum 423mbps guarantee all the time and having to restart my hub twice a week - Wishing I had stayed on the 150mbps as all used to work very well - feel let down by it all tbh and have 22 months to go!
