Problems with accessing ee WiFi hotspot in iPhone There were no problems accessing BT WiFi hotspots but since it changed to ee the settings screen error says ‘no internet connection’ . Also the login screen does not appear
Ee helpdesk on 3rd time of calling knew the answer Delete the iPhone app - BT WiFi. That resolved it. The error message did not happen . Also the sign on to WiFi screen did appear I suspect the iPhone app was causing some software conflict
For information, the BTWifi app is no longer available nor is BTWifi since BT and EE broadband merged it is now known as EEWifi and there is no app available.
You need to log on using a web browser and if a BT Broadband customer you use your BTID log on details.
