Re: Advice on connecting Fritzbox 7530 AX

@Perceptive

@oldie56 posted that he is currently using hh6 and connected to the master socket so cannot be on FTTP. I think as I already posted the OP is on G.FAST fibre 100

In that case, since he says that he wants try to use the Fritzbox 7350AX as a stand alone unit he can simply plug the ethernet cable from the Mastet Socket to the DSL port on the Fritzbox 7350AX and can use that Zen guide or a similar Zen guide to set it up.

@Perceptive

That won't work either as the frizbox does not work with G.FAST

Re: Advice on connecting Fritzbox 7530 AX

Thanks for replying.

Yes did try but as said by others will not work,  so now tried another method to test with a Ethernet connected to bt hub 6 and setting up a separate wi fi signal, and it at least lit up connected and the signal is strong to my ev charger outside.

Easee chargers say in there info they will not except Wi fi 6 which this 7530 AX router is but only under 5 gtz , so it did connect under 2.4 which is great.

This is confusing as I didn't believe the Home Hub 6 did G.Fast either!

Re: Advice on connecting Fritzbox 7530 AX

It doesn't as far as I'm aware, but if the OP is connecting to a master socket it must be DSL rather than FTTP and probably a Smart Hub2 rather than a Hub6.

Perhaps @oldie56 could confirm exactly what service and hub he/she has

Edit: Thinking about it, the Hub6 doesn't do FTTP either
