I have halo3 and over the last few months whenever I stream video over bt wifi hub from Disney+ the audio stutters or cuts out for a split second, just long enough to disrupt and spoil viewing no other equipment is using internet when I have this problem and system in house was installed by bt engineer.
Neither Disney+ or Sony can find any faults on their side and suggest that bt may be culprit. I have read posts re ping stutter but do not understand what this means but from what is described it seems to be what I have.
is there any resolution to this?
If you have a Sony TV running Android, try this :-
Go to your Android TV’s settings and select “Audio”. If the surround sound is set to “Auto” you will need to change it to “Always”. This seems to fix the issue for both Android TVs and Android boxes as well.
