BT Full Fibre - low wifi speeds

I had BT Full Fibre 150 installed last week.  My speed to the Hub is as expected but the wifi speed is very slow.  Even when standing next to the router I am only seeing download speeds of 18MB.

Any suggestions.  Had no issues with wifi speed in previous house with Virgin installed.

Click here Wireless enter the hubs admin password and check that it is set to Mode 1

Yes, it's in Mode 1
