As I'm just a tenant waiting for 3 weeks for my landlord to contact BT, I can't receive support from customer service with disconnecting and a super slow network.
The flat is located in London East- 1 zone. Our router is BT Hub6 freshly unpacked 4 months ago. In flat we have connected to wi-fi 3 phones, 4 laptops, 1 speaker and Philips light hub. We have 2,4GHz and 5GHz. In my room ( 4 meters from nothing covered router placed in the hallway) I have average wi-fi quality. Very often when we trying to access some websites where is login requested we seeing a communicate "no internet connection" as it's uploading so slow. Example: to create account on this community forum I needed 7 times go through re CAPTCHA.
The maximum speed that we checked so far is 12MB, but he t average is between 0,3MB to 5MB.
Recently network disconnecting, minimum 3 times per day, usually early morning, around 3 pm and close to midnight.
I'll add pictures of our event log, so maybe someone can help us to find a problem. More information I can provide because I can log in to the router admin settings.
