My BT hub manager is showing a 'connected' device as 'not connected'.
The device i am referring to is my main laptop that is connected to the hub by wifi but when i log into the hub manager it shows this device as not connected.
Does anyone know why this it would be showing as disconnected when it is 100% connected to the hub?
Really appreciate any help as this is driving me a bit nuts.

The device list of the home hub is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, it is total rubbish.
I've had some problems port forwarding on this device and wondered whether this was partly the issue.
Every other of my devices. mobiles, consoles tablets etc just no my mainn PC/laptop, seems odd to me.
