Hi all,
Moved into my new house this weekend and was sent a EE Hybrid Connect as BT cannot get my internet activated for 3 weeks. Followed all the instructions on setting it up and everything seemed fine, all lights on the Hybrid Connect as they should and Purple light on my route as it should but no internet connection. I can join the internet on my phone and PC but there's no signal.
Called BT today and they said they would send a replacement Hybrid Connect as they think the one I have is faulty even though all the lights are as they should Blue on the EE badge, white on the connection bars and Purple on my BT route.
Does anyone know why I'm not getting any internet signal? Help would be much appreciated!
