BT Online config website not wanted

The BT config website for my IP is not letting me connect to a website using my IP. I dont like this because it prevents me from accessing that specific website.

Not 100% sure what you are asking!
If you've over-zealously set up your content controls, you should be able to reset them through "My BT" Other than that the only sites I'm aware of BT blocking are those they are legally obliged to block.
If I've misunderstood, then maybe an example would be in order!

@Baileyg13 I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Can you explain?

Re: BT Online config website not wanted

@Baileyg13 I assume that is (was?) your WAN address, it's not the address you would normally use to access your router.  That address would normally be 192.168.1.254 ( @licquorice will correct me if I'm wrong on that), and some settings are accessed using the "My BT" link previously mentioned.

Most users will not be able to access their router using its WAN IPv4 address either from within their local network or externally.
