I'm having an issue setting/controlling certain devices connected to the Wi-Fi. I've been through the 'Home' IP address, MyBT app and the website, but it still won't allow me to enable it.
Whenever I go through the App and to "Manage security settings" I then select the BT Wi-Fi controls and it prompts me with "Download the My BT App" but I'm already using it? Doing the same thing through the website or 'Home IP' it either directs me to download the App or that the service is now "Controlled through the app".
Any ideas?
Edit: App is up to date and all devices I'm looking to control are Samsung/Android or Laptop.
