BT is blocking access to a website

I have an issue with BT having blocking a website we have built. Its definitely a problem caused by BT and is affecting access. I only managed to access the site by changing DNS provider in browser setting from the default provider in my case this is BT to any other DNS provider then I can access the site.

Please can someone at BT unblock the domain. The URL is https://accessallarts.skyarts.uk/

I can also access it using BT.

While I'm not currenty using BT DNS, Web Protect blocks the site to me.  Something that no one else has mentioned though is that the name itself is trademarked, so I wouldn't be surprised if it were difficult to keep off the blocklists or even faced a takedown request!
