Hi,
I login into my account and just as it looks like entering the dashboard it immediately diverts to my email account.
I have deleted cookies, used different browsers, different devices and changed passwords: no change.
Please assist.
Hi @tiredofthiscompany, sorry this is happening when you try to access your MyBT.
The first thing to check is that this is the email address you've used to set up the BTID as many people have multiple email addresses.
