Hi everyone,
I have BT broadband using Home Hub 6.
When I use a website to buy something and it needs my bank/card authorisation using 3D card authentication (the system where a box appears to either enter a password, code (which is sent by SMS) or authorisation through the bank's app, etc) BT blocks it. The 3D card authentication doesn't even appear, like it's blocked, so the website/retailer then just says the payment has failed. I've tried different devices, Chrome and Edge (on Windows 10 PCs), iPad Safari and Android Chrome. All connected to the same BT wifi/broadband. All stop the 3D authentication loading. I've tried multiple bank cards to no avail. If I disconnect from my BT wifi and connect any of the devices through my mobile phone hotspot (using mobile network) or another wifi/broadband which isn't BT then it works fine the 3D authentication works fine.
I've tried clearing caches, restarting PCs, restarting the hub, etc, to no avail.
Anyone any ideas how to fix?
Thanks
Craig
