Blue bt internet box

My bt internet box is blue but has no connection and I factory reset it, unplugged it for 5 minutes and I still not working I also paid for it and yet nothing has changed I did every methord can someone help me fix it?

How are the devices that you say have no connection connected to the hub (your "internet box")?
If this is by WiFi it could be something wrong with that which is causing your no connection.
If you have a device with an ethernet socket (such as a computer) try connecting that to your hub using an ethernet cable. If that works, the problem is with the WiFi

When you said "I also paid for it and yet nothing has changed".  What do you mean by that. Were you in arrears with your bill and got disconnected?
