Re: Broadband dropping out

I would try using a wifi analyser on your mobile and this will show your hub SSID and channels in use and also that of your neighbours.  I would then based on that information select free or less congested channels for your 2.4/5ghz networks instead of 'smart' and see if that helps your WiFi connections.  As already posted try channel 48 for 5ghz if you have SKYQ  which uses channel 36

Re: Broadband dropping out

Hello to everyone following this thread and a special thanks to those who tried to help.

Well I have have yet another visit from the BT in property engineer.

Well having checked every piece of equipment etc came to the conclusion it was an Openreach problem?

Seem to have a bit of confusion were I get my fibre to house from?

Comes overhead on a new to me cable.

We had broadband in the village over 1/2 mile away, from green cabinet for a few years  before I got it.

Not dropped out in last 3 days.
