Since getting the Smart Hub 2 my broadband keeps dropping out for about 10 seconds at a time meaning I have to switch to my mobile and using mobile data most evenings. I've reset the hub, tried smart channels and altering channels manually and nothing helps. I've tried the online tests and it says all is fine. I'm convinced its the hub as sometimes when switching wifi on after using my mobile it gets a stronger signal from both of neighbours than my hub 1 metre away.
Anything else I could try?

Try a factory reset of the Smarthub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
If you have your Digital Voice contact stored on the hub back them up first.
If that does not help call BT 0330.1234.150 and report it faulty and request the send you a new one.
Thanks, I'll give them a ring as I've already tried the reset and it didn't help.
