Solved! Go to Solution.
assuming you are using wifi on computer can you see the SSID of the new hub in connections? if so have you entered the wireless password from the card on back of hub - not the admin password
You could change the SSiD (name) and Password of your "new" BT hub to be the same as that of your previous BT hub.
By doing that your devices would not need to be logged onto the "new" hub as they would just use the "Old" hub's logon details and log on seamlessly.
See the following link how to change the SSid and Password. You will of course need to know the SSid and password of your "old" hub but you will be able to get that from the label on the the rear of the "old" hub.

that was going to be my first suggestion but without ethernet cable and cannot connect by wifi then cannot change SSID
Ah... never thought of that!!
Thanks for your help yes I see the ssid on the computer screen but then asks for PIN number or password I have put all codes in from hub but no luck and have no PIN number anywhere on hub
It is the Wireless Password that is found on the label on the hub that you need to enter.
It is not the Admin Password.
Have you tried a factory reset of the hub and then enter the password on the back?
