Hi, i have bt full fibre 900 with complete wifi and can’t get the speeds im paying for on my devices in my bedroom. I’m not told sure how to order or get a wifi disc? I found out i need one of the white ones so i can get my full speeds.
Apparently the sales line is 0330 123 1365. Answer time: BT aims for within 45 minutes. 0330 1234 150 Also has a wait time of 45 minutes. Anything seems to have a wait time of up to an hour and even that is not guaranteed,
Hey i ended up buying a long ethernet cable to go from my router to my room to get the full speeds. Im also thinking of getting an ethernet splitter so its like having another router. Hope this helps 👍
