As per title for a week I've been trying to activate my BT I'd, I know my password is correct, every time I get as per the attached.
My broadband and tv isn't due fur activation yet, BT email acknowledged this when asking me to activate my ID.
Tried reactivating etc, no difference.

Hi, @DerekTheChicken welcome back to the community, I'm sorry to see you're encountering an error when activating your BT ID. The activation normally fails for one of two reasons either the activation link has expired or there is a password problem. As you've tried reactivating have you gone through the password reset process to see if that works?
