I have a strange fault attempting to access www.topcashback.co.uk on BT broadband. I can access the site using mobile data or from a different isp. Also works OK if I use BT broadband with a vpn. Get the issue on mobile, tablet( android) and Windows 11 pc. Also using different browsers( 4 so far)
I can see no reason why BT would block this particular site an it's handy to get cash back for online shopping or insurance quotes.
Also can't access it using the android app. With browser it reports 403 forbidden message. Disabled anti virus and still same.
Any ideas?

Check MYBT then security and see if you have web protect active. If so turn off
I am using Samsung tablet and no problem accessing using chrome
You would probably need to restart the hub after making the change
Restarted hub and waited until next day.
Still unable to access that site and can confirm Web protect now shows as off.
Yet again it is OK using mobile data.
All browsers and app affected.
Thanks for giving this a try for us @Emrsw01.
I've had a test of this using my own BT Broadband, and TopCashback is loading with no issues on both Windows and iOS.
Just to be sure, if you go back into My BT following your restart does Web Protect still show as off?
Also have you noticed this error with any other websites?
Peter
Just checked and appears Web protect not active.
Still unable to access site. No other sites affected that I know of. Still works OK via vpn or with mobile data.
Just done another reboot of router and success problem is resolved.
Will mark as issue resolved.
Thanks for help and assistance.
I suspect reboot triggered a change of your public IP address and possibly DNS server.
