Yeah I have followed the instructions
The setup you have said are correct and I have even done the below and still the same issues.
Modem > Smart Hub> Google router > wifi point
Modem > Switch> Google router > wifi point
Seems a bit of a coincidence, but wonder if the wifi point is faulty.
Yeah that is where it has come to and have asked google to replace the point or give me a refund. thanks for your help
