Cannot log out of Hub Manager (no access to previous post)

Hi,

Once logged into Hub Manager there does not seem anyway to log out.  It is a security risk as anyone who finds laptop or mobile phone has full access to sensitive wifi settings.

I could not access this previous post as says I don't have permission? https://community.bt.com/t5/Archive-Staging/Log-out-of-Hub-Manager/td-p/2100554/page/2

PS; anyone having problems logging in.  I had a second mifi (mobile wifi) router.  When I switched off the second router from another provider I could access BT Hub Manager on 192.168.1.254.

I had also done a factory reset which may have helped as well.

Problem is I now cannot log out and so exposing sensitive security info.

Thanks

M

What sensitive security information would this be?

Clear the cache from your device.

You can only access the hub manager from within your LAN

Re: Cannot log out of Hub Manager (no access to previous post)

Ok I now see the settings are password protected.  I was thinking about visitors gaining access.

I will clear the cache but suppose I would prefer a log out option as a tidier option.

Thanks

M

You are normally "logged out" automatically shortly after you close the management page.
