Checking for known issues

I recently gave up my landline number and went to broadband only with BT. When I want to check for service issues in my area you have to enter a landline number what should I put in that box now?

Assuming you mean BT's Broadband Cabinet Checker, the UPRN (Unique Property reference Number) works.  You can find it here:

Not sure about service status.
