Hi. Have you figured out what causes the the issue? I have problem with my body getting bad effects from the clicking thats pulsating a frequency and it interferes with our electricity and anything is running from it also. All my Bluetooth speakers are making that pulsating interference "noise" and our gas boiler is also somehow taking on the phenomenon and vibrates the pipework and clicks in the same rhythm with the hub. It also makes me having muscle spasms and feeling a tingling and burning sensation in my body.
Please help me with a fix as im getting very irritated and i am begging for a help.
Thanks

Have you considered that it could be one of your electrical devices that is causing the problem and making the other devices including your BT hub to make the clicking/ pulsating noise?
Have you tried turning of your home's electrical devices one at a time until you find the device that is causing the problem?
When I unplug the router the bad body shivering stops, but as i got other tenants, It needs to be turned on constantly, as they are gaming always 😞 I have a regular hub Eebrightbox and it wont do the same effect, the voltage problem stops, only the smart hub makes that effect. Also the cable outside makes a humming pulsating noise too around the house where the cable runs in.
I would suspect the socket rather than the hub. Have you tried plugging it into a different socket?
Is it only you that hears and is affected by this?
You could try calling BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for a replacement hub or you could buy or use your own router instead of a BT hub if you believe that it is the BT hub that is causing the issue.
There will be nothing that you can do for any of the outside cables that are causing your issue.
