Complete WiFi (end of contract, etc.)

Go to solution

I have a couple of questions about the complete wifi package.

I've recently had FTTP installed and, because I wasn't really seeing much benefit from complete wifi, I opted out of it with the new contract. My original contract started around 24 June 2019 and has varied (due to a house move) since then.

I have two questions:

  1. I know routers and STB's supplied before a certain date aren't subject to charges, but can BT charge me for the disc if I don't return it?
  2. Is there something that BT switch off if you cancel complete wifi or is it simply that the disc provides the coverage (hence why you might have to return the disc)?

The discs have always been on loan if part of complete wifi so the date is irrelvant. They should still work but if not returned you will be charged
