Hello
Hope whoever reads is well. It was working for ages. But past couple days I have gone to connect my work laptop to wifi. It initially connects, but says no internet access? Its worked previous, but not sure why this has happenned. It also wouldnt connect to my PC by wireless also.
Would really like to get this sorted if possible.
Thanks 🙂

What colour is the hub?
Try a factory reset of the hub. Press the recessed button for about 20 seconds until the lights flash.
This hasnt worked. It still says no internet access on both my laptop and desktop.
Hi @decel3000,
Thanks for visiting the BT Community
I take it wired devices still work fine, its just the WiFi? And is it all WiFi devices cannot get on to the internet or just the two you mentioned? Do the same devices work if you connect them via ethernet?
Have you forgotten the WiFi network on both devices and reconnected as if the first time with needing to enter the WiFi password?
Alex
Wired devices are still fine. And all other devices like tv and phones are all working. I tried ethernet cable on my work laptop and still says no internet access. I have also tried forgetting the network and reconnecting using the password. I am running out of ideas?
Thank you
