Contact

Does anyone know how to get in touch with BT when I haven't got a house phone to ring 150 and my mobile doesn't have any signal?

Re: Contact

Hello there thank you. It's just autobot and keeps going round and round saying to ring.

Re: Contact

@Socksym  Is your mobile phone capable of WiFi calling? If so, you should still be able to contact BT without a phone signal. At home, my Wife and I exclusively use WiFi calling because the cell mast signals aren’t that great.

Re: Contact

@Socksym

Sorry but that is the benefit of WiFi calling for people who have poor or no mobile signal you can use your internet to make calls from your mobile hence WiFi calling.  It may be if you have a really old mobile you cannot get WiFi calling have you checked?

Re: Contact

Yes I've got WiFi calling but no signal in my area so can't make any calls or send texts. It's been going on for years which is why I thought there might be a chat facility with an actual agent and not a bot. I've sorted it now thank you I borrowed my neighbour phone

Re: Contact

@Socksym  There’s clearly some confusion here regards WiFi calling, you don’t need any mobile signal to make calls if your calls are being routed through your home router, that’s the whole point, it’s done VoIP mobile through router. Unless of course your router isn’t working at all, then clearly WiFi calling isn’t going to work.

Re: Contact

Can ring some numbers but not all unfortunately that's the way it is 😞

It could be my mobile but 3 are just as bad to get hold of..

Customer service doesn't exist anywhere anymore
